A Typical Day’s Menu
To give you some idea of what you might eat on Phase 2 (the weight loss phase) of The Harcombe Diet I thought I would share a typical day of food for me. I will blog a menu once a week and will invite you all to comment with your own menu for the day, so please feel free to get going and add your menu right now!
Breakfast: 3 or 4 rashers of bacon and 3 eggs fried in butter, followed by some Natural Live Yoghurt (NLY).
Lunch: Chicken Ceasar style salad (Sliced chicken breast with skin, strips of parma ham and grated cheddar with lots of real mayonnaise on a bed of mixed salad leaves), followed by strawberries and double cream and a square of 90% dark chocolate.
Dinner: A large serving of whole grain pasta with meditarranean roasted vegetables and a tomato sauce.
